SUFFICIENT — The 2026-08-20 audit receipt carries a per-repository test table, license census, secret scan, and a live index verification against GitHub. On 2026-09-03 the test totals were re-derived by re-running all 33 Python suites at the tags the index advertises, and the starter's clean-room install and stdio MCP handshake were re-proved from a fresh clone.
