Where this is published, and in what state.

Nine surfaces. Two are live and exercised, one installs today with a stated caveat, one is canonical, one waits on somebody else, three are blocked, and one has never been run. Every state below is read from the same compiled snapshot as the rest of this site — this page holds no separate list.

This snapshot is past its last full verification date, and says so rather than restamping itself. Individual objects below carry their own dates; read those, not this page’s freshness.

Coverage: 47 prerendered pages, accessibility audited at 2 viewport widths with axe-core.

Evidence and limitations

SUFFICIENTEach gate was run against the built release candidate. Accessibility used axe-core at desktop and mobile widths over every public route including the Top 10 commercial pages and the harness page; links were resolved against real routes and files; private-path and factory-name scans ran over the working tree and the prerendered commercial HTML. Secret-scan hits carry the 2026-09-03 measurement.

  • Gates are measured against a built candidate on the stated date. A later source change requires re-running them; rendering this page does not re-verify anything.

Public surfaces

Nine surfaces, named states.

A state is a claim, so each one is defined here rather than left to the reader.

Exercised end to end on the stated date.
LIVE PROVEN
Installs from a public source; read its limitation before relying on it.
INSTALLABLE
Published and verified against its own index.
CANONICAL
Submitted and waiting on someone else. Not accepted, not live.
EXTERNAL REVIEW
Cannot proceed. The reason is stated, not softened.
BLOCKED
Never actually run. Not claimed to work.

neuruh.com

LIVE PROVEN

The public site itself: one deployment serving the apex and www, built from the canonical source branch.

Evidence and limitations

SUFFICIENTThe apex and www resolve to a single production deployment, and the release court for that source is green.

  • Verified by request and by deployment identity on the stated date; this snapshot holds no live connection to the host.

Evidence and limitations

SUFFICIENTFrom a fresh clone of the published tag, a clean-room install resolved every pinned dependency and the server completed initialize, tools/list and tools/call over MCP's newline-delimited framing.

  • The server requires the package to be installed first; it is not a zero-install binary.

Evidence and limitations

SUFFICIENTAdding the marketplace from the public repository and installing the plugin registered four skills and one MCP server, and the manifest validates with no warnings.

Source: Public commons and distribution re-verification (2026-09-03) · src-commons-distribution-20260903

  • Installing the plugin does not install the Python package. Without a prior package install the MCP server exits at import and the plugin lists no tools. The skills work immediately.

Evidence and limitations

SUFFICIENTEvery advertised repository, tag and package version was verified against GitHub, and every Python suite was re-run at the tag the index advertises.

  • The index court verifies advertised releases against the newest published release; it does not audit the contents of a release.

  • Submitted is not accepted. The entry is not live, and no action on this side advances it: it waits on external maintainer review.

BLOCKED
  • 7unclaimed package namesOBSERVED ·
Evidence and limitations

SUFFICIENTThe package declares its six dependencies as direct Git URLs, which the index rejects in distribution metadata. The blocker is package structure, not credentials.

Source: Public commons and distribution re-verification (2026-09-03) · src-commons-distribution-20260903

  • Unblocking requires publishing the dependencies first and replacing direct-URL pins with version specifiers. Credentials alone would buy one rejected upload.

  • The install command has never been run: the CLI is absent from the build host. This is not claimed to work.

Public Commons

What the test total actually counts.

1,336 is the Python test total re-derived across the 33 Public Commons suites, each run at the tag the index advertises. It is not a total Neuruh test count, and nothing here claims it is. 32 of 33 matched the count their index entry advertised; the one that did not was the index entry itself, since corrected.

Plugin and MCP

3 MCP tools. The rest are command-line utilities.

The server exposes context_pack, cheap_route and proof_card as MCP tools. State diff and handoff pack are CLIs and are not reachable as MCP tools — a distinction worth stating plainly, because a manifest that blurs it is a false capability claim.

Install order matters. Installing the plugin registers 4 skills and one MCP server, and the skills work immediately. It does not install the Python package, so the MCP server has nothing to import until the package is installed separately. Without that step the server exits at import and the plugin lists no tools.

Package first, then plugin. Both steps and a one-line handshake check are documented in the repository’s quickstart.

Read these states from the snapshot yourself

Each surface above is an object of kind system in the compiled snapshot served at /truth/snapshot.json, with its checksum at /truth/signature.json. The distribution state is the object’s maturity; its caveats are its limitations. This page adds no facts of its own, which is the point of it existing.
